The joint venture concept for ProU India Engineering began with three partners in 2004.

A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was executed in April 2006. The official date of the ProU India joint venture was October 2006. ProU India is a joint venture between Processes Unlimited International Inc (USA), ProU India Private Limited (India) and Gulf Process Company (Bahrain).

ProU India’s experience ranges from industrial/manufacturing facilities and petroleum/petrochemical to pharmaceutical and food and beverage. With this wide array of experience, ProU India is prepared to meet a variety of industries’ needs.
